Hi all,

Submitting a sample file here. I'm just a user of ffmpeg who has been 
dealing with some audio files recorded using Microsoft OneNote recently. 
ffmpeg (build from source 2025-11-27) can read these files, but it emits 
the following message:

> Update your FFmpeg version to the newest one from Git. If the problem

I've attached a sample audio file that makes ffmpeg output this message 
when read, and also uploaded it to the VL upload website. If it helps to 
reproduce my sample file: Microsoft has a bajillion versions of OneNote, 
but mine identifies itself as "Microsoft® OneNote® for Microsoft 365 MSO 
(Version 2510 Build 16.0.19328.20244) 64-bit" and is running on a 
Windows 11 PC.
