Playing mp4 videos downloaded from youtube in formats running at 29.97 fps produce periodic yellow warnings:
[ffmpeg/video] h264: Late SEI is not implemented. Update your FFmpeg version to the newest one from Git. If the problem still occurs, it means that your file has a feature which has not been implemented.

A sample file is available for download at [0] (to test, I actually need to download it; just running 'mpv <URL AT [0]>' produces other warnings). I have also uploaded that sample to https://streams.videolan.org/upload/, as instructed in the warning being reported here.
