That is exactly what you do.

I agree that Paul's attitude is utterly toxic to the project, but
Anton's attitude of removing features is way worse. At least Paul almost
only pollutes his own code.

As for harming a whole generation, it is the same vague argument used by
everybody to condemn anything they do not like, like homosexuality for
example, and that argument is always the same level of bullshit.
