[FFmpeg-devel] In-stream tag=ware is not implemented bug with APNG conversion

Hi; just uploaded the file to the file uploader. 
Command:
ffmpeg -i isapng.png -r 30 -c:v libx264 -pix_fmt yuv420p output.mp4

Running FFmpeg version 6.1.3 on OSX. Same issue visible on FFmpeg WASM with release version 0.12.10, which seems to be built off of FFmpeg version 5.1.4.
