For what it's worth -- I've used the netint.com/contact-us/ contact form to
submit this request on July 10th, 2025:

I am interested in purchasing a netint card.  Is there price list? Is there
a model that would work well outside of a rack mount, in a regular PC ...
or will I have to improvise my own cooling solution?
```

I've heard nothing back, other that an automatic email to create a netint
account for me.

Hi Pavel, sorry for the inconvenience. I have raised this issue with our sales
and they should have sent an email to you. Meanwhile, we are adding purchase
and support pages onto our website to serve individual buyers.

You can sign up for an Akamai cloud account for testing/development.
They have an "Accelerated Linode" with our hardware. If you sign up
with a business e-mail, you can get a $100 credit but they may ask
you to put in a deposit of $100 before you can use them. You may
need to send a service request to activate the VM.

I've cloned the netint ffmpeg fork from
https://github.com/netintsteven/NI_FF_upstream/tree/upstream
- looks like it was last updated on June 30th, 2025 -- about 2 months
behind ffmpeg master
- libavcodec/nicodec.h includes ni_device_api.h, so
https://github.com/NETINT-Technologies/netint_libxcoder is a prerequisite
... that probably should be mentioned in the ffmpeg fork README.md
