[-- Attachment #1.1: Type: text/plain, Size: 617 bytes --]

Hi all

I think we didnt decide on a name for 7.0 yet

Previously suggested names:
Darwin,
De broglie,
Dijkstra,
Galois,
Gauss,
Jacobi,
Jemison
Johnson
Leavitt
Maxwell,
Mellin,
Perelman,
Poincaré,
Ramanujan,
Sagan,
Ting
Viterbi,
Voltaire,
de Sitter,

Please reply with what you prefer or add more to the list.
If we end in a tie, previously suggested names will be favoured
I will vote last so that i can resolve a tie if one occurs.

thx

When I started programming in 1975, Edsger W. Dijkstra was one of my heroes, which is why I support your proposal, even though I am not an FFmpeg developer.
