[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH 08/15] avformat/matroskaenc: Use proper AVIOContext

These two AVIOContexts currently coincide, but this is not
guaranteed to remain so (in fact, I have plans to write each
TrackEntry into its own AVIOContext).
