An alternative would be to change the license header, but this would
have to be done by courmisch himself.

A better alternative would be to fix the source test not to require breaking 
the 80-character line width limit from the FFmpeg Coding Rules. As things 
stand, 2-clause BSD files cannot concile both the test case and the rule.
