Hello Mates,

It has emerged from various discussions that some points of the General Assembly and community regarding to voting wasn't 100% precise and clear for everyone.
Some points were opened to interpretations and what was written down did not match completely what was said.
And I would prefer this to be fixed before our next (virtual) meeting.

Therefore, you will receive voting emails in the next few days for 2 subjects:

When do we re-run the general assembly voting script:
 - was it done once and forever (update never)?
 - should it be done every year in January?
 - should it be done before each dev meeting?
 - should it be done before every vote?

Also, we talked about integrating people who did not do only code (hence the supplementary members), but the script only counts .c/.h/.S/.asm.
Should it count documentation and scripts (.md/.txt/.pl) and other scripts in our main repo?
- Yes
- No

Any feedback is welcome. I hope the vote can be done this week on https://vote.ffmpeg.org/

Best,
