Who is it?
The person posted using the official project account on a public forum.
There is no expectation of privacy in this case.

Start the poll in a separate thread.
Regards,
Gyan

I agree, but iam not here to publically shame people, if i can avoid it.
Also while i know the delegated account it came from, And thats a personal
account for a person. This account theoretically may (or may not) have subdelegated.
I have asked who exactly wrote the tweets:
<?> If you need some explanation of twitter, ?? and I can explain.
<?> I won't reply on the ML because there is one person on X who has called for my "assassination"
<?> ?? and ??? participate a lot on X with the ffmpeg account
<michaelni> yes, id like to have an explanation what happened and who wrote these tweets referred to in the video
<?> The tweets are highly selective

It's okay to discuss the problem that Gyan raised, but calling for that sort
of vote in that way is totally inappropriate.
It sets a really bad and dumb precedent, that anyone with moderate clout on a
social network can call for the cancellation of members of the FFmpeg
community. It could also be construed as bullying.
If there is an issue that the GA cannot resolve, you can appeal to the CC, and
ultimately call for a GA vote, but we are not there (yet).

Hi,
I think we should delete our Twitter account and stop engaging with that
platform. It has never been good, usable, nor effective to reach any sort
of target audience worth engaging, and I don't see that ever changing.
My 2 cents

I will echo Niklas here. I would vote to remove our presence from
Twitter.
In the absence of that option: K

I've read the content of ffmpeg's x account, and most of the time,
malicious responses are caused by others responding unkindly to ffmpeg's x
account and its comments. ffmpeg's x account sometimes speaks out to
maintain the reputation of video developers, sometimes to promote it, and
sometimes to spread the word. CC could standardize the rules of use for
ffmpeg's x account, such as "don't easily get involved in ideological
struggles." I think i choose K
