[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] avformat/scd: ensure SCD_MIN_HEADER_SIZE bytes are read

Instead of accessing unintialized data when input is shorter than
expected size.

Fixes use of uninitialized value in MSAN build.
Found by OSS-Fuzz.
