I agree it looks sus but, if you take a step back and look at how this whole drips thing works. Then it is understandable with drips you can donate to any project on github and that project can direct part of it, to its dependancies on github for example https://github.com/efdevcon/tools directs 8% to ffmpeg. Now if someone stuffs let me guess 28k$ into devcon we get 2240$ but if they dont know if we will accept it ... they are better off directing the 8% elsewhere. And i wildly guess if by the deadline we arent setup they would update their settings and send the 8% elsewhere or maybe they would be just annoyed and give us another month, i dont know thx [...] -- Michael GnuPG fingerprint: 9FF2128B147EF6730BADF133611EC787040B0FAB During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act. -- George Orwell [-- Attachment #1.2: signature.asc --] [-- Type: application/pgp-signature, Size: 195 bytes --] [-- Attachment #2: Type: text/plain, Size: 251 bytes --] _______________________________________________ ffmpeg-devel mailing list ffmpeg-devel@ffmpeg.org https://ffmpeg.org/mailman/listinfo/ffmpeg-devel To unsubscribe, visit link above, or email ffmpeg-devel-request@ffmpeg.org with subject "unsubscribe".
