[FFmpeg-devel] GSoC 175h project idea missing

Hi all

All our ideas are for 350h

I think its better if there was a 175h project or two, I think this
would increase our chances to be accepted.

also the VP6 encoder still needs a backup mentor
(please talk with peter if you have time and want to help with that)
