What effect does this have on performance on an alpha ?
I mean FFmpeg will still build after this just without the removed
optimizations.
I think if optimizations are removed, that impact should be docuemnted
(this allows users to judge if they want to stay on a old ffmpeg with these
optimizations or upgrade)
