[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] avformat/hlsenc: use av_random_bytes() for generating AES128 key

av_random_bytes() can use OS provided strong random functions and does not
depend soley on openssl/gcrypt external libraries.

Fixes ticket #10441.
