Changes relative to last revissions
* split between libavformat and and libavdevice
* internal buffers switched to the hardware native format
  50-75% less space required
* The dumped and replayed format for rtlsdr should be bitexact now
  previously there was a small bias
* some bugfixes
* support setting automatic dc correction
* some adjustments on re-detection of stations
