Hello
In my fork https://code.ffmpeg.org/JackLau/FFmpeg/src/branch/gnutls_latest, there was a working implementation.
To be more easy review, I spilt into several patch and submit to FFmpeg master.
The latest patch is here https://code.ffmpeg.org/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/pulls/20580
I would be grateful for any review comments or suggestions.
