Subject: [FFmpeg-devel] [PR] avformat/cafdec: parse non-intra streams (PR #21576)
Date: Sun, 25 Jan 2026 10:49:32 -0000
Message-ID: <176933817348.25.7036844589770358510@4457048688e7> (raw)
PR #21576 opened by Gyan Doshi (GyanD)
URL: https://code.ffmpeg.org/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/pulls/21576
Patch URL: https://code.ffmpeg.org/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/pulls/21576.patch
A user tried a streamcopy of an AAC stream from a CAF file and the output was empty.
Turns out neither the demuxer sets KF flags nor does it enable parsing so no packet is flagged as KF so the CLI muxes no packets.
Fixed.

Subject: [PATCH] avformat/cafdec: parse non-intra streams
Needed to set KF flags so that they can be streamcopied using CLI.
