Write the 'VVC ' registration descriptor in the PMT for VVC video
streams, consistent with the existing HEVC handling.

The format_identifier 'VVC ' (0x56564320) follows the same pattern
as HEVC ('HEVC') and matches the identifier already recognized by
the demuxer in mpegts.c REGD_types table.
