PR #21145 opened by Kacper Michajłow (kasper93)
URL: https://code.ffmpeg.org/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/pulls/21145
Patch URL: https://code.ffmpeg.org/FFmpeg/FFmpeg/pulls/21145.patch
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 is one patch version lower than what
FFmpeg currently requests. The slightly older versions still result
in a working build of FFmpeg with DVD support, so allow those
versions to be consumed to build FFmpeg.
