While filling out the expenses form, I just realized that I forgot to include the 59.99 EUR parking fee at Münich Airport. Do you think it's okay to include that as well?
Also, when choosing whether to file expenses in GBP or EUR, should I put the amount I was nominally charged (e.g. 16 GBP), or the price that shows up on the expense confirmation email / receipt (which showed the converted amount in EUR that was charged to my card)?
