Hi all,
as the previous thread got a bit too big and...lively, I'm starting a
new one, that will hopefully be smaller and calmer.

The vote will start on Monday 2023-11-20 and will run for a week (after
which we will continue with TC and CC elections). The voter list will be
the one in [1] minus Ting Fu, who is unreachable (45 people in total).

Since we are effectively doing $nb_candidates independent votes at once,
I am going to map that onto a single CIVS vote as follows. There will be
a special option in the candidate list, called NOT_CHOSEN. The only
thing that will matter in the results is every person's ranking with
respect to NOT_CHOSEN - those ranking above it will be added to GA.

The vote description will be as follows:
  Who of the following people should be added to GA and thus gain voting
  rights for 2 years?

  There is a special candidate in the list below called NOT_CHOSEN. Rank
  those people who you want added to GA above NOT_CHOSEN, and those who
  you do NOT want added to GA below NOT_CHOSEN. If you have no opinion
  on a candidate, rank them the same as NOT_CHOSEN.

  Those who rank strictly higher than NOT_CHOSEN in the final results
  will be added to GA.

The list of candidates I have so far is:
* Ronald Bultje
* Alexander Strasser
* Hendrik Leppkes
* Reimar Döffinger
* Baptiste Coudurier
(hope I haven't missed anyone, please tell me if I did)

If we get an agreement from any further people Michael has contacted
before the vote starts, I will also add them the list.

Of course anyone else is still welcome to suggest themselves as well,
but please do that ASAP so that I actually see it before the vote
starts.
